Received my card super quick! Excellent communication from seller who let me know when it was posted. Arrived in a very thick card packaging so it wouldn’t bend or be damaged. Card is superb quality I’m so pleased with it! Plus all her cards are unusual and quirky. I almost don’t want to give it away, I’d rather keep it for myself 😂 I will definitely continue to use this seller for all my future card purchases. What an absolute little gem this business is! I’m so pleased I found it 😃 Received my card super quickly in excellent packaging so the card wouldn’t bend or get damaged in any way. Great communication from seller who let me know when card had been dispatched which was really helpful. The card itself is superb quality at an extremely reasonable price. I almost don’t want to give it away and keep it for myself 🤣. I would’ve paid more for it tbh! I will definitely be using this seller for my future card purchases. I am one very happy customer thanku so much ❤️ xxx

Shipping policy

Items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as soon as possible after receipt of your order. Dispatched within three business days. £1.95 Post and Packaging. Bespoke items are available on request and will take a little longer to make, so due to this, delivery times will take a little longer too.

Refund policy

Important! Please read! Claims for damage must be sent on receipt of order together with a clear photo for evidence so as a claim can be made through Royal Mail. If a replacement is possible, one will be sent, if not a refund will be offered excluding postage. I will except returns if you contact me immediately of you receiving your order. And the item/items are returned within five days in the same condition and packaging they left here. The buyer will be responsible for return postage. Unfortunately I do not except returns on Commissioned/Personalised items unless there has been a clear error or damage, photo proof of error or damage will be required. Refunds will be made after I have received the item/items back excluding postage. All items will leave me in perfect condition.
