Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days, but is ultimately a contract between the vendor and buyer. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, the vendor is not able to offer a full refund but may exchange as a gesture of goodwill and at their discretion. My Craft Shop UK, do not assume any responsibility for refund and exchanges. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:

Please return all items to the vendor the items were purchased from. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
