🎈Each 6 inch (148mm) x 6 inch (148mm) card comes complete with a 100GSM white envelope.
🎈All our cards are designed and printed to order using high quality inks onto sturdy 300GSM matte white card at our studio in Cambridgeshire
🎈Cards are left blank inside for you to add your own message – if you wish to add a custom printed message to your card, please select the ‘Yes – Printed Message Inside Card
Required’ option from the drop-down menu above and simply send us a message detailing what you would like printed inside.
🎈Your card will be wrapped and posted in a fully recyclable hard backed envelope in order to reduce plastic waste and minimise any possible damages.

Please select your chosen font style from the drop-down menu above, then enter the name and message you would like on the front of the card into the ‘Order Notes’ box (provided at check out) in the following format:
Top Line – Happy Birthday
Bottom Line – Charlie
Please ensure you double check all spellings as we are unable to refund or replace your order if the text is entered incorrectly at checkout.
We do not impose a character limit on any personalisation, therefore longer text may be slightly smaller sized than the examples shown in the listing, but we will always aim to make the text size as large as possible. Due to the differences in font sizes, it may be necessary to alter the main image placement slightly in order to maximise the print area available for text – by proceeding with the order, you are agreeing to this alteration should it be required.
Each handcrafted card is created to order and will be unique to you. Unless stated otherwise, our cards are left blank inside for you to write your own message to the recipient, however we do offer the option to add a printed message to the inside of your card for a small additional fee. If you would like us to print a personal message on the inside of your card, simply select the ‘Yes – Printed Message Inside Card Required’ option and then send us a message (via the Contact Seller button) with your chosen message once you have completed your purchase.
If you would like us to send your card direct to the recipient, we can also do this for you. Just let us know in your message and make sure that the delivery details are correctly entered during checkout.
🎁 Processing and Delivery Time🎁
Unless otherwise stated, all orders have a processing time of 1-3 working days. Once items are made, they are then dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd class service. The estimated delivery time for 2nd class is 2-3 working days from date of posting (this estimate is provided by Royal Mail – it is not guaranteed). If you require your order earlier than the estimated times, you have the option to upgrade your order for a small additional fee. This ‘bumps’ your order to the top of the processing pile and it will then be sent using 1st class service.
If you need your order in a rush, please select the Express Delivery option to ensure your order is processed and posted as soon as possible. We cannot be responsible for any postal delays which are beyond our control.

Due to the custom nature and personalisation of our items, returns or refunds are not available unless the item is faulty.
