Shipping policy

• Here at Lily Rose Gift we offer free 2nd class postage to the UK on all our products, please note delivery time DOES NOT include production time. Royal Mail 2nd Class 3-5 days These delivery times are estimates and may take longer at busier times especially during holidays and Christmas. I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I can't guarantee them, as once posted delivery times are out of my control.

Refund policy

• If you are not happy with your purchase a refund will be issued upon return of goods. Due to hygiene reasons earrings CANNOT be refunded, unless faulty. Please note Bespoke/custom orders CANNOT BE REFUNDED. You must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order and include the reason for your return. In order to process your refund, your order must be shipped within 30 days of emailing us, all accessories must be returned, unused unworn and in original condition, and suitably packed. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Item must be shipped back with suitable insurance and a tracking number , items lost in the post cannot be refunded.
