🎈Each mug has a 11oz / 325ml capacity and measure 95mm high, 80mm diameter (+/- 3mm due to slight manufacturing batch difference)
🎈Mugs are made from durable glazed ceramic with a smooth gloss finish.
🎈Our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe (please use top rack only)
🎈Each mug features an easy grip, ergonomic handle and are suitable for both hot and cold drinks.
🎈Mugs are designed with the same image on both sides and are made to order at our studio in Cambridgeshire.
🎈Your mug will be wrapped and posted in a fully recyclable postage box in order to reduce plastic waste and minimise any possible damages. Please note – this mug is not supplied with a gift box.
🎁 Personalisation 🎁
Please select your chosen font style from the drop-down menu above, then enter the name you would like on the mug into the personalisation box provided.
Please ensure you double check all spellings as we are unable to refund or replace your order if the text is entered incorrectly at checkout.
We do not impose a character limit on any personalisation, therefore longer text may be slightly smaller sized than the examples shown in the listing, but we will always aim to make the text size as large as possible.
Due to the differences in font sizes, it may be necessary to alter the main image placement slightly in order to maximise the print area available for text – by proceeding with the order, you are agreeing to this alteration should it be required.
🎁 Processing and Delivery Time 🎁
Unless otherwise stated, all orders have a processing time of 1-3 working days. Once items are made, they are then dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd class service. The estimated delivery time for 2nd class is 2-3 working days from date of posting (this estimate is provided by Royal Mail – it is not guaranteed).
If you require your order earlier than the estimated times, you have the option to upgrade your order for a small additional fee. This ‘bumps’ your order to the top of the processing pile and it will then be sent using 1st class service. If you need your order in a rush, please select the Express Delivery option to ensure your order is processed and posted as soon as possible. We cannot be responsible for any postal delays which are beyond our control.
